Why quarterly goals?
Quarterly goals are great because they break big tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks. They are the action steps, that take you closer to your bigger life goals without feeling overwhelmed
It keeps you focused and motivated, with enough time to see how things are going and make changes if needed.
If you are just getting started with goal setting, start by defining your larger life goals and breaking them down into action steps. These action steps are your quarterly goals, which you can then break down into to-do items. To-do items are usually manageable in one session.
